Bidders submit bids through our flexible system indicating inclusions, exclusions, and alternates in detail.
Upon receiving bids, decide to review or reject bids to be compared along with other bids of the same scope of work.
Our system automatically combines the selected bid line items into one list.
From the combined list of line items from bidders, select line items to keep on the Final Template- adding additional items that may have been left off of bids.
The system will automatically send the Final Template scope of work to the original bidders who’s original scope line items were used to build your final template.
Bidders review your Final Template beside their original bid and submit pricing accordingly.
Review pricing, and send letter of intent to the bidder of your choice.
